The 'accident' exception...

It is downright amazing sometimes to see the length our opponents will go to to ensure that their agenda is alive and well.The state of Virginia has been working on their own ban on Partial-Birth abortion, much like the Federal one confirmed in Gonzales v. Carhart, and a few Federal Circuit Judges decided to shoot it down.Apparently, they opposed it because there was no exception mentioned for when an abortionist accidentally begins delivering a baby before an abortion.Full Story Here.I guess we would need to begin writing in exceptions to every law so as to allow for accidents...
