1:00 PM | Bus Pick Up PointMary Seat of Wisdom Catholic Church, 920 Granville Ave, Park Ridge, IL 60068, East Parking Lot
All students who will be riding the bus from Chicagoland should arrive at Mary Seat of Wisdom Church by 1 PM on Wednesday, March 18 to be ready to load the bus.
The bus will depart at 1:30 PM. Your Main Point of Contact is Linnea at (847) 767-1541.
📍Bloomington-Normal
4:30 PM | Bus Pick Up PointSt. John Paul II Newman Center, 501 S Main St, Normal, IL 61761
All students who will be riding the bus from the Bloomington-Normal area should arrive at St. John Paul II Newman Center by 4:30 PM on Wednesday, March 18 to be ready to load the bus.

All students who are coming from the Champaign area will meet by the Front Office at St. John’s Catholic Newman Center by 4 PM on Wednesday, March 18 in order to load the cars to leave for Springfield.

All students and staff who are attending the Illinois Pro-Life March Trip will be staying at the Comfort Suites Springfield.

The Mass for Life will take place at Nelson Center.
Illinois State Capitol Building, 401 S 2nd St, Springfield, IL 62701
The Rally, March, and Lobbying will take place here. We will meet by Lincoln Statue on 2nd Street.
If you are arranging your own transportation or are coming on the day of...Those who will be joining us for the Mass for Life should arrive at Nelson Center at 8:30 AM. Free parking is available at Nelson Center.
Those who will be joining us after Mass should arrive at the Illinois State Capitol Building by 12:00 PM to join us for lunch. We will gather in the grassy area to the right of Lincoln Statue (if you are facing the Capitol Building).

Main Events
College Night
Joining us on the trip?
College night will be an evening with your fellow college students from ISU and UIUC and a few others.
This evening will focus on preparing you to advocate for change at the Illinois State Capitol!
Mass for Life
In partnership with the Diocese of Springfield, weDignify students will support the Mass for Life by volunteering on Thursday Morning to help welcome people from all over Illinois and direct them to where they need to go.
This year, the homilist for the Mass for Life will be Bishop Louis Tylka from the Diocese of Peoria!
The Rally
In partnership with Illinois Right to Life, weDignify plays a key role in the Illinois Pro-Life March every year.
weDignify students will open the Rally by singing the National Anthem.
Our very own Linnea Kobbs will be the featured weDignify student speaker and will be joined on stage by Year 2 Small Group members from both campuses!
The March & Lobbying
weDignify students have the great honor of leading the March each year! Hold a yellow umbrella and the official March banner to lead thousands around the Capitol!
Following the March, you will have the opportunity to advocate for the Pro-Life cause with your representatives in the Capitol, including meeting with Pro-Life legislators!

Packing Recommendations
If you are on the trip, bring what you need for an overnight stay at a hotel
Weather appropriate clothing (please watch our everchanging midwest weather)
Comfortable shoes as you will be on your feet most of the day
Any snacks you might want for the travel or for your stay
A small bag to hold your belongings during the day
*Note that if you are going into the Capitol Building, they will limit what you can bring in. You may leave your belongings with a weDignify staff member outside, before you go into the Capitol.
