Standing for Life… Even in Pro-Abortion Classes

“My professor asked - do you believe Roe v. Wade should have been overturned? Should abortion be legal?” 

Every student who answered was pro-abortion - until Sarah stood up.

“Before weDignify, I was pro-life but I didn’t really understand what it meant. I didn’t have the education to back myself up. I was only a few weeks into Small Group, and the only pro-life person in my class. 

But I wasn’t going to let them have the last say in this!”

Using what she learned in Small Group, Sarah spoke up against abortion in her classroom, in front of her classmates and professor. 

“I am a Christian and we need to recognize that this is a child that we are not considering. Abortion is killing a human, this is not right, you are impacting thousands of lives.”

Sarah was willing to risk her grade to stand for life. And she wasn’t done- now Sarah leads her own small group to change more hearts for life. Last semester, 4 of her 6 members began pro-abortion. Because of Sarah, their hearts were changed for life.
