- Skilled in prioritizing and effectively managing time
- Very good at planning - events, tasks, processes
- Extremely organized and proud of it
- Proactive. Must be able to be disciplined and work with limited oversight
- Willing to follow, improve, and create SFLI event and communication systems
- Willing to learn and adapt to our philosophy and methods
- Possess effective written and oral communication skills
- Able to see and value the vital need for this role in our life-saving mission.
Principle Responsibilities Include:
- Planning and Coordinating SFLI statewide events (i.e. Conference)
- Electronic and Written Communications (i.e. website, advertising materials, etc.)
- Supporting SFLI Fundraising Systems
- Supporting Campus Mentor Program
Some fundraising will also be required, but you will not have to raise your salary in your first year.This position will report directly to the Executive Director.This is a full-time, salaried position (range: $30,000-$35,000). This is not a 9-5 job. You will work on a college schedule and will be expected to be present when student events are happening (often on nights and weekends).
