Leaders Like Delaney. 

This summer, weDignify staff member Mary invited FOCUS missionary Delaney to a support-raising meeting.

During the meeting, Delaney shared how grateful she was for weDignify’s role in bringing her back to the faith as a student at UIUC.

Delaney had grown up Catholic but fallen away from her faith while in college. When she began feeling like something was missing and wanted to get more involved at Newman, a weDignify missionary invited her to join a pro-life small group.

“My weDignify small group taught me about the reality of abortion for the first time. This changed my perspective. My conversion to being pro-life led to a deeper reversion back to the Catholic faith.”

Now, years later, Delaney is entering her third year as a FOCUS missionary, taking what she learned as a weDignify student and sharing it with others!
