“I’m helping my friend who might be pregnant…”
In December, I told you about Cody, a junior at the University of Illinois, who was helping his friend who thought she was pregnant.
Through weDignify’s Small Groups and our Serve program, Cody learned how to change hearts and offer life-affirming support. At first, he was hesitant to join, but with encouragement from Holly, one of our Pro-Life Missionaries, he did.
A few weeks later, Cody thanked Holly, saying, “I didn’t realize how much more I had to learn.”
He then shared that his friend thought she was pregnant, and had turned to Cody for help. “I wouldn’t have known what to do without weDignify. Thank you for encouraging me to join Serve Team.”
Just a few weeks ago, Cody shared that his friend is pregnant - and Cody helped her choose life for her baby despite pressure from her family and the baby’s father to have an abortion.
Because weDignify trained Cody, he was ready to help his friend with compassion, resources, and hope.
But we cannot train students like Cody without you.
Our Spring Campaign goal is to raise $15,000. Here’s what we’re doing to train leaders:
$5,000 funds staff training to train new Pro-Life Missionaries
$7,000 sponsors 20 students to attend Leadership Boot Camp where students learn to recruit, to change hearts, and to save lives on campus
$3,000 funds welcome week outreach programs to reach incoming students with the pro-life message before they even start classes
