It was an early Saturday morning when everyone else is sleeping in, but weDignify motivates students to get out of bed.On October 20th, students were educated, equipped, and empowered by weDignify staff and our professional speakers to build a culture of life on campus.Throughout the day, students learned from experts in the pro-life movement. The day opened with a powerful testimony on the pain abortion causes women from Jessica Lahey, Program Manager for the FOCUS Love Life initiative.Jay Watts, an expert pro-life apologist from Merely Human Ministries, taught students how to effectively engage and challenge their pro-choice peers. In the afternoon, students heard from Linda Couri, a former Planned Parenthood worker turned pro-life advocate.John-Paul Deddens, board president and founder of weDignify, gave the final keynote speech on this year’s theme: “Be Who You Are and Be That Well.”

The student movement matters. What you do NOW matters - Who you are matters.”

- John-Paul Deddens, Founder and Board President of weDignify

You transformed students, like Briana who shared:  “I was on the fence before, but I’m really glad I signed up… This conference helped me realize that to truly be pro-life I have to share my beliefs with others.”Students will be sharing conference reflections on the blog in the coming weeks - stay tuned! [/vc_column_text][vc_row][vc_column][vc_raw_html]JTNDc2NyaXB0JTIwdHlwZSUzRCUyMnRleHQlMkZqYXZhc2NyaXB0JTIyJTIwc3JjJTNEJTIyaHR0cHMlM0ElMkYlMkZhcHAuZ2V0cmVzcG9uc2UuY29tJTJGdmlld193ZWJmb3JtX3YyLmpzJTNGdSUzRGluWmElMjZ3ZWJmb3Jtc19pZCUzREJrTFJaJTIyJTNFJTNDJTJGc2NyaXB0JTNF[/vc_raw_html][/vc_column][/vc_row]
